StB Stephanie Krummheuer is a tax advisor who has been with btu beraterpartner Gruppe since 2017. After graduating university with a degree in business and law, in 2008 she began her career at Ernst & Young where she worked in the Transaction Tax division. In 2012, she passed the German state examination to qualify as a Steuerberaterin (tax advisor), after which she continued to gather experience by offering ongoing support to the international clients of a medium-sized tax consultancy. After joining btu beraterpartner Gruppe, Stephanie Krummheuer was appointed as “Prokurist” (authorized signatory) for the firm in 2020 and in 2022, she was appointed managing director.

Stephanie Krummheuer has extensive experience in the field of national and international tax law with a focus on SMEs and international conglomerates with operations in Germany.  She is also experienced in advising on tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Within the firm, Stephanie Krummheuer is in charge of traditional tax advising with a focus on international tax law.
